Platax teira, often referred to as the teira batfish, longfin batfish, longfin spadefish, or round confronted batfish is a fish from the Indo-West Pacific. It grows to a dimension of 60 cm (24 in) in length.Checked out from the facet, it has a non-significant circular shaped body with a small hump on nape.It is commonly silver, grey or brown. It has a black band plus an extra band with the posterior fin.
